Product Description
The Star Pipe Products SGDPPK12 StarGrip Series 3000 is a mechanical joint restraint system designed for mechanical joint fittings. This product uses high strength low alloy steel t-bolts and twisted off nuts. The heat-treated wedges have a minimum hardness of 370 BHN and are designed for specific pipe sizes, ensuring reliable functionality. The system is also field repairable and provides a minimum safety factor of two to one.
- No special tools needed for installation
- Replaces tie rods and thrust blocks
- Wedge assembly includes a break-off torque control nut for accurate installation
