The STANLEY BOSTITCH SB16-2.00 is a 16-gauge straight finish nail designed for use with compatible pneumatic finish nailers. Each nail measures 2 inches in length and is engineered to deliver consistent feed and flush seating in finish carpentry applications. The package contains 2,500 nails, providing enough fasteners for extended trim, casing, and baseboard work without frequent reloading. These nails are built to the straight-angle magazine format standard used across a wide range of 16-gauge finish nailers. Finish carpenters and trim contractors are the primary installers of this product.
These nails are suited for interior finish work including door and window casing, crown molding, baseboard, chair rail, and similar trim applications. The 2-inch length and 16-gauge shank provide adequate holding strength for attaching dimensional trim stock to wood framing, blocking, or substrate material. Sold in a 2,500-count pack, this quantity is practical for production work or larger remodel and new construction trim scopes where downtime between nail loads is a concern.
Engineered to fit Bostitch models SB1664 and FN16250K-2, as well as Paslode and most other straight-angle 16-gauge finish nailers.
These nails are installed by finish carpenters using compatible pneumatic 16-gauge straight finish nailers. Before loading, disconnect the nailer from its air supply and verify the magazine is empty. Set compressor pressure within the nailer manufacturer's recommended operating range to avoid overdriving or surface blowout on finish trim. Always wear appropriate eye protection when operating pneumatic fastening tools.
