Built with silicon carbide abrasive at a fine grade and density 9, this wheel delivers consistent, controlled material removal on hard metals and non-ferrous alloys. The convolute construction winds abrasive-impregnated nonwoven material around a fiber core, producing a firm wheel that maintains its shape under load. At 6 inches in diameter with a 0.5-inch face width and a 1-inch center hole, it mounts directly to standard arbors. Metalworking shops and fabrication operations typically use this wheel during finishing passes to clean burrs and sharp edges left by machining, stamping, or cutting operations.
This deburring wheel is suited for both automated production environments and stationary or portable power tools.
