The Square D PJL36000S12 is an automatic switch designed to operate as a disconnect device. It opens and closes circuits under normal conditions. This unit is similar to the P-Frame circuit breaker, using the same accessories and connections. The device features a fixed, nonadjustable trip point, set from the factory, to safeguard the molded case switch. It can handle and break its rated current. Overload or short circuits need upstream protection.
