Product Description
Square D B45.0 is a melting-alloy thermal unit designed to protect motors, controllers, and branch-circuit conductors from prolonged motor over-currents, including locked rotor currents. It uses a one-piece construction with an internal heater winding and a melting solder element to actuate a trip, and is specified for Class 20 trip characteristics with a manual reset.
- Class 20 melting-alloy thermal element; one-piece construction with internal heater winding; trips in 20 seconds or less on overload.
- Motor full load coverage and mounting: 51 to 61.7 A per thermal unit; plug-in mounting; fits NEMA sizes 1, 2, M1, M1P.
- Electrical and compliance: rated to 600 VAC/VDC maximum; manual reset; CE certified.
