Square D 9065ST520 is a solid state thermal overload relay designed for 600 VAC applications. This model is suitable for 90 to 270 Amp 3-phase motors. It can be used with Type S full voltage non-reversing and reversing starters, as well as combination starters. The overload relay operates without the need for external power and is ambient insensitive.
