The SQUARE D 9012GAW26 is an electromechanical pressure and level switch designed for industrial hydraulic and pneumatic systems. It operates across a pressure range of 5 to 250 psig with an adjustable differential pressure setting between 10 and 49 psi. The switch uses a double-pole, double-throw (DPDT) contact form with screw terminal connections and is rated for 120 VAC, 240 VAC, 125 VDC, and 250 VDC service at 6 amps. Fluid connection is 1/4 inch and conduit entry is 1/2 inch. Licensed electricians and industrial maintenance technicians are the primary installers for this type of device.
This switch is suited for hydraulic and pneumatic control circuits in commercial and industrial applications where pressure monitoring and automatic switching are required. Its vibration-resistant construction makes it appropriate for equipment subject to mechanical shock or continuous vibration. The NEMA 4, 13, and 4X enclosure ratings allow installation in environments exposed to dust, oil, and non-corrosive liquid ingress, including washdown-rated locations. The adjustable differential allows technicians to fine-tune the switch setpoint to match system requirements without replacing the unit.
