The SQUARE D 9007C52F is a general purpose limit switch designed for industrial position-sensing and control applications. It uses a roller plunger actuator mounted at the top of the switch body and operates with a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) contact form in a normally closed (NC) configuration. The switch body is zinc construction, rated to 600 volts, and carries an IP67 ingress protection rating, making it suitable for wet, dusty, and wash-down environments. Electrical connection is made via screw terminals. Licensed electricians and industrial controls technicians are the primary installers of this device.
The 9007C52F is suited for use in industrial machinery, conveyor systems, automated assembly equipment, and process control panels where precise mechanical position detection is required. The top-mounted roller plunger actuator is commonly used where a moving machine component trips the switch from directly above or along a linear path.
