The SQUARE D 8538SCA21V02S is a Type S nonreversing fusible combination starter designed for motor control applications. This NEMA Size 1 starter combines motor overload and short circuit protection. The 3 pole starter is suitable for three phase applications and features a 110/120 VAC 50/60 Hz operating coil and a melting alloy type overload relay. It is housed in a painted sheet steel NEMA 3R/12 enclosure.
