The Square D 8536SBG2V06 Non-Reversing NEMA Motor Starter is designed to manage full voltage starting and stopping of AC squirrel cage motors. Utilizing a melting alloy overload relay, this device ensures optimal operational safety by sensing over-current conditions effectively.
- Robust 18 ampere, 3 pole motor starter.
- Operates with a coil voltage of 480 VAC.
- Encased in a durable NEMA 1 painted sheet steel enclosure.
Product Highlights
Equipped with a 5 kA maximum SCCR, the Square D starter provides reliable protection when coupled with a suitable circuit breaker or fuse. It features Type B thermal units for advanced motor protection and supports a 3 phase motor rating, capable of managing up to 5 HP at 460 and 575 VAC.
