The SPORLAN 777148 is a 7/8-inch, 90-degree push-style elbow fitting from the Parker ZoomLock Push product line, designed for tool-free, torch-free refrigerant tube connections in HVACR systems. This removable fitting creates a secure, leak-free connection without brazing, press tools, or open flame, reducing the need for hot work permits on the job site. Licensed HVAC technicians and refrigeration mechanics use this fitting to speed up installation in both new construction and service replacement scenarios. The push-to-connect design is repeatable and eliminates solder-related contamination concerns, supporting system cleanliness from the first connection.
The 777148 is suited for use across a wide range of HVACR applications including residential and commercial air conditioning, heat pumps, VRF and VRV systems, chillers, refrigerated display cases, coolers, walk-in coolers and freezers, and transportation refrigeration. The Parker ZoomLock Push platform covers pipe sizes from 1/4 inch through 7/8 inch, and the removable design of this fitting allows for repositioning or replacement during service work without cutting out a brazed joint.
Designed for use in residential and commercial air conditioning, heat pump, VRF, VRV, chiller, refrigeration case, walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, and transportation refrigeration systems requiring a 7/8-inch, 90-degree push-to-connect elbow fitting.
Installation should be performed by a qualified HVAC or refrigeration technician in accordance with applicable mechanical and refrigeration codes. Recover all system refrigerant and relieve system pressure before working on any refrigerant circuit. Ensure tube ends are cut cleanly and deburred before seating into the fitting to achieve a leak-free connection. Verify the connection is fully seated per the manufacturer push depth requirement before returning the system to service.
