The SPORLAN 770601 is a 5/16-inch ZoomLock push-to-connect 90-degree long-radius copper elbow fitting designed for flame-free refrigerant line connections in HVAC/R systems. Rated to 700 PSIG working pressure with a minimum burst pressure of 2100 PSI, this fitting uses HNBR o-rings and handles a temperature range of -40 to 300 degrees F. The ZoomLock x ZoomLock end connection eliminates the need for brazing or open-flame tools, reducing installation time and fire risk on the job. Licensed HVAC technicians and refrigeration mechanics install this fitting during system assembly, retrofit, and repair work.
This elbow is rated for use in high-pressure HVAC/R systems, glycol circuits, non-potable water applications, and transportation refrigeration. The straight, long-radius 90-degree geometry reduces pressure drop compared to short-radius alternatives, making it suitable for tight routing situations where maintaining flow efficiency matters. The fitting meets UL 207/109, ICC-ES PMG-1296, IMC, IRC, UMC, and CRN standards, supporting use across a wide range of commercial and residential refrigeration and air conditioning installations.
Compatible with high-pressure HVAC/R systems, glycol circuits, non-potable water systems, and transportation refrigeration applications using 5/16-inch ZoomLock connections. Rated for use with refrigerants R32, R125, R134A, R143A, R290, R404A, R407A, and R407B.
This fitting is installed by licensed HVAC technicians and refrigeration mechanics. Recover all refrigerant and depressurize the system fully before cutting into any existing lines. ZoomLock fittings require a dedicated ZoomLock pressing tool to complete the connection — hand-pressing alone does not create a rated seal. Follow all applicable local mechanical codes and the manufacturer's installation instructions for proper insertion depth and o-ring inspection before pressing.
