The SPI CMS160713002 is a dial bore gage designed for precision internal diameter measurement across a range of 10 to 16 inches. Fitted with a 16-inch probe depth and six anvils, it delivers a measurement accuracy of 0.0003 inches, making it suitable for close-tolerance inspection work in machine shops, maintenance facilities, and quality control environments. The AGD Group 2 dial indicator provides repeatable readings on a white dial face. This bore gage is suited for inspecting large-bore cylinders, housings, and bores in both production and repair environments. The 16-inch probe depth allows access to deep bores that shorter gages cannot reach. The included fitted case keeps anvils, sub-anvils, spacers, and the indicator organized and protected between jobs. A Short Form Certificate of Calibration is included, supporting quality system requirements in ISO and similar inspection programs.

This instrument is set up and used by machinists and metrology technicians. Zero the gage against a calibrated ring gage or master setting ring at the nominal bore diameter before taking measurements. Handle the dial indicator and anvil contacts with care to avoid damage to the contact points. Store the gage in its fitted case when not in use to protect calibration and prevent wear.
