The SPI 37-128-6 is a single-end Go plug thread gage designed to verify internal M24x3 threads to the 6H tolerance class. The Go member checks that a threaded hole falls within the low limit of the tolerance range, confirming the thread will accept a mating fastener. This gage is manufactured to ANSI standards with traceability to NIST, making it suitable for use in quality control environments where documented calibration traceability is required. The gage body measures approximately 2.19 inches in length and 0.94 inches in diameter and weighs 0.441 pounds. A handle is not included and must be sourced separately to match the gage shank size.
This plug thread gage is used in manufacturing, machining, and inspection environments to check M24x3 tapped holes in metallic and non-metallic components.
