The SPI 34-495-2 is a single-ring threaded ring gage designed to verify external thread conformance on M16 x 1.50 metric fasteners and threaded components. Classified as a Go gage to Class 6G tolerance, it checks that a threaded workpiece falls within the acceptable maximum material condition limit. Manufactured from Oil Hardened Non-Shrinking Steel (OHNS), the gage delivers the dimensional stability and wear resistance required for production floor and quality control environments. An NPL Traceability Certification is included, supporting calibration documentation requirements in ISO-compliant and regulated manufacturing settings.
