The SPI 34-370-7 is a double-end plug thread gage used to verify internal thread conformance to 10-32 thread specifications at 3B class tolerance. One end carries the Go member and the other carries the No Go member, allowing a technician to confirm both the minimum and maximum thread tolerance in a single tool. The gage ships with a handle included and carries NIST traceability certification, making it suitable for documented quality-control programs on the shop floor or in the field. Steel construction provides durability across repeated gauge cycles.
This plug thread gage is used wherever 10-32 internal threads must be verified to 3B class tolerance. Typical applications include inspection of threaded holes in machined components, fastener-receiving bores in assemblies, and production-line thread verification in manufacturing and fabrication environments. The Go No Go configuration is standard practice in dimensional inspection workflows across aerospace, mechanical, and general industrial trades.
Designed for inspection of 10-32 internal threads manufactured to 3B class tolerance per ANSI/ASME Unified thread standards.
Thread gages are inspection tools and do not require installation. Handling should be limited to qualified inspection or quality-control personnel. Keep the gage clean and lightly oiled when not in use to prevent corrosion and protect calibration integrity. Do not force the Go member through a thread form that resists entry, as this can damage the gage and invalidate the inspection result.
