The SPI 34-369-9 is a double-end plug thread gage designed to verify internal 10-32 threads to ANSI 2B class tolerances. One end carries the Go member and the opposite end carries the No Go member, allowing a technician to confirm both minimum and maximum thread acceptance in a single tool. The gage is constructed from steel for dimensional stability and resistance to wear during repeated use. A handle is included. Traceability documentation is provided to NIST standards, making this gage suitable for calibrated inspection environments and quality control applications.
This gage is used wherever 10-32 internal threads must be verified to 2B class fit requirements. Typical applications include inspection of tapped holes in machined components, assemblies, and fastener-receiving features in manufacturing, MRO, and trade service environments. Machinists, quality inspectors, and maintenance technicians use this type of gage to confirm thread integrity before assembly. It is appropriate for both shop-floor inspection and receiving inspection workflows where NIST-traceable documentation is required.
Designed for inspection of 10-32 internal threaded holes held to 2B class fit standards across machined components and assemblies.
This is a precision inspection gage, not an installation component. Handle the gage carefully to avoid dropping or impact, which can alter calibration. Store in a protective case away from debris and cutting fluids when not in use. Retain the included NIST traceability certificate with calibration records as required by your quality management system.
