Compatibility

Designed for use with size 1 plug thread gage handles. Fits standard handle systems accepting size 1 gage blanks. Handle is not included and must be sourced separately.

Installation Notes

Thread plug gages are installed and used by quality inspectors and machinists in inspection or production environments. Before use, clean the threaded bore and gage member thoroughly to remove chips, coolant, and debris that could affect readings. The No Go member should not enter the threaded hole more than two turns under hand pressure alone; forced insertion can damage both the gage and the part.
