The SPI 34-260-0 is a single-end No Go plug thread gage designed to verify that internal threads do not exceed the maximum material condition for a 5/16-18 thread form. A Size 1 handle is required for operation but is not included with this gage and must be sourced separately.

Installation Notes

Installation of this gage requires a separately purchased Size 1 handle. A licensed or trained quality technician or machinist should install the gage member into the handle following the handle manufacturer instructions before use. Do not force the gage into a threaded hole; if the No Go member enters the thread, the part is out of tolerance and should be rejected. Store the gage in a protective case away from impact and temperature extremes to maintain calibration integrity.
