The SPI 19-200-5 is a Class ZZ minus plug pin gage used to verify bore and hole dimensions in precision inspection and quality control applications. Manufactured from steel, this pin gage checks whether a drilled, reamed, or machined hole meets the minimum acceptable size. The 0.2-inch nominal diameter with a minus tolerance of 0.0002 inches ensures that any hole the gage passes through is confirmed to be at or above the low limit of the specified diameter. Machinists, tool-and-die makers, and quality technicians rely on Class ZZ gages for production-floor inspection work.
This pin gage is suited for use in manufacturing environments where go/no-go hole verification is required. It is appropriate for inspection of drilled, punched, or bored holes in metal, plastic, and composite components. The compact form factor allows use in confined inspection setups and fits standard pin gage handle sets for ease of handling during repetitive inspection cycles.
Designed as a standard Class ZZ minus plug pin gage for use in go/no-go hole inspection setups; fits standard pin gage handles sized for the 0.2-inch diameter range.
Pin gages are handled by quality technicians and machinists and require no permanent installation. Store the gage in its protective case when not in use to prevent burring or surface contamination that could affect accuracy. Clean the gage and the part bore with a lint-free cloth before measurement to remove chips, oil, or debris. Never force a pin gage through a hole; doing so can damage the gage surface and invalidate the measurement.
