The SPI 14-107-7 is a limited calibration inspection label designed for use in quality control and instrument tracking applications. Printed in black on a yellow background, this rectangular vinyl label measures 2 inches wide and 2 inches in length. The face reads "Limited Calibration" with designated fill-in fields for the calibrating technician and calibration date. The write-on surface accepts ink, making it suitable for on-the-spot documentation during calibration rounds. Each pack contains 160 labels on sheets with removable pressure-sensitive adhesive, allowing repositioning without leaving residue on instruments or equipment surfaces.
These labels are used in industrial, laboratory, HVAC, and facilities maintenance environments where calibrated instruments must be tracked and identified. Technicians apply them to gauges, meters, test equipment, and tools that have undergone limited or conditional calibration. The yellow background provides high visibility for quick identification during inspections or audits. They are well suited for in-house calibration programs and preventive maintenance workflows where equipment status must be clearly communicated at a glance.
Designed for use on smooth or lightly textured surfaces of calibrated instruments, gauges, meters, and test equipment in industrial, laboratory, and facilities maintenance settings where limited calibration status documentation is required.
Clean the target surface with a dry or lightly dampened cloth and allow it to dry fully before applying the label to ensure proper adhesion. Press firmly across the full label face to eliminate air pockets. Because this label uses removable adhesive, avoid applying it to very porous or rough surfaces where adhesion may be insufficient. Fill in all required date and technician fields completely using a permanent ink pen before placing the label into service.
