The SPI 14-005-3 is a write-on calibration identification label designed for equipment inspection and quality control workflows. Each label measures 1 inch wide by 1 inch long in a rectangle format and features a pre-printed legend reading "Calibration I.D. No.__ By__ Date__ Due__" with blank fields for handwritten entry. The label stock is uncoated pressure-sensitive vinyl with a removable adhesive backing, green print on a white background. These labels are used by technicians and quality personnel to tag instruments, gauges, and tools after calibration events.
These labels are suited for industrial, laboratory, HVAC, and field-service environments where calibrated instruments must be visually identified and tracked. The removable adhesive allows clean removal from equipment surfaces without leaving residue, making them appropriate for use on sensitive instruments, meters, and test equipment. Labels ship on sheets and are intended for hand application. The write-on surface accepts standard permanent markers or ballpoint pens for field completion of calibration records.
Designed for general-purpose calibration tagging of instruments, gauges, meters, and test equipment across industrial, laboratory, and field-service applications.
Clean and dry the target surface before applying the label to ensure proper adhesion. Apply firm pressure across the full label face to seat the adhesive. Complete all handwritten fields at the time of application using a permanent marker or ballpoint pen. Labels are intended for hand application only and should not be run through label printers.
