The SOUTHWIRE LQA1075 is a straight liquid-tight box connector designed to secure liquid-tight flexible conduit to electrical enclosures and junction boxes. Constructed from zinc die-cast, this connector provides a durable, corrosion-resistant termination point for liquid-tight flexible metal or non-metallic conduit. Sold in a 3-piece pack, it suits residential and commercial electrical installations where moisture resistance and a secure conduit-to-box connection are required. Licensed electricians and electrical contractors reach for this connector type when routing conduit to panels, motors, and equipment enclosures in damp or wet-location applications.
This straight liquid-tight connector is sized at 3/4 inch and is well suited for use in commercial buildings, light industrial facilities, and residential service installations. Typical applications include connecting liquid-tight conduit runs to electrical panels, HVAC equipment disconnects, motor junction boxes, and other enclosures where a watertight seal at the connector entry point is necessary. The straight configuration fits installations where conduit approaches the box from a direct angle without the need for offset fittings.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-fit connector for 3/4 inch liquid-tight flexible conduit used in residential and commercial electrical installations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local codes. De-energize and lock out the circuit or panel before making conduit connections to any enclosure. Hand-tighten the locknut and connector body, then snug with the appropriate conduit wrench or pliers — do not overtighten, as zinc die-cast fittings can crack under excessive torque. Verify that the conduit jacket seats fully against the connector sealing ring to maintain the liquid-tight integrity of the connection.
