Product Description
The SOUTHWIRE 496S is a 2" 90-degree liquidtight connector with an insulated throat. Constructed with a malleable iron body and compression nut, it secures, grounds, and seals liquidtight conduit to a box or enclosure. It is suitable for wet locations and offers excellent durability with zinc electroplating.
- Insulated throat protects conductors from insulation damage.
- Liquidtight, raintight, and oiltight.
- Suitable for use in hazardous locations under NEC 501-4(b), 502-4(a) Class 1 Div.2, Class II Div.1 and 2, and Class III Div.1.
