The insulation and jacket resist acids, alkalis, corrosive fumes, chemicals, lubricants, and groundwater without corroding or softening. The outer sheath is sunlight-resistant and will not support combustion. Licensed electricians install this cable in residential and light commercial branch circuit runs where the conductor must transition from an interior panel to an exterior or below-grade application.
