The Southbend 1189754 knob is a replacement control knob for Southbend ovens and thermostats, designed to mount on a .187 inch flat shaft. It provides a 15/16 inch diameter control interface (new style) and fits Cafe and Convection oven series as well as Platinum series models including T32D-G6. Dimensions are approximately 0.85 x 0.85 x 0.65 inch and the item is made in the United States.
- 15/16 inch diameter (new style); old style referenced as 1-1/8 inch; fits .187 inch flat shaft (3/16 inch D stem).
- Material: brass construction with polished exterior; round knob attaches to shaft/stem for thermostat or control use.
- Compatible with Southbend Cafe and Convection oven series and Platinum series models (including T32D-G6); replaces part numbers 1174749 and Blodgett Z1174749.
