The Smartlock ELUN5800 is a 5/8 in elbow union fitting that connects same-sized copper or aluminum tubes at a 90 degree angle without brazing or flaring. It uses patented metal-to-metal compression sealing with ferrules and built-in torque stops to form permanent, zero-leak joints under pressure. The pre-assembled union includes nuts, ferrules and a positioning strip and installs with standard wrenches for refrigeration and HVAC systems.
