The SLOAN LED 3988137 Regal 9603 XL MBFW is a 3.5 GPF rear spud, single flush, concealed manual water closet hydraulic flushometer. It features a non-hold-open push button, fixed metering bypass, and no external volume adjustment to ensure water conservation. The handle packing, stop seat, and vacuum breaker are molded from PERMEX rubber compound for chloramine resistance. Includes Actuator HY100A-48.
