The SLANT-FIN 57188201100 is a 10-foot hydronic baseboard enclosure in Nu-White finish, designed for residential and light commercial hot water or steam heating systems. The enclosure ships fully assembled and accepts any of five interchangeable H-Series Slant/Fin heating elements, giving installers flexibility across a wide range of output requirements. Output ranges from 590 to 790 BTU/h per foot at 180 degrees F and 1 GPM flow rate. A pivot-mounted, fully modulating damper provides individual room temperature control without additional controls. The 2-inch floor-to-front cover opening promotes natural convection airflow for consistent heat distribution.
This enclosure is suited for single-family homes, renovation projects, and light commercial installations where wall space is limited or where higher heating output is needed. The design supports higher water velocities, lower pump loads, and longer loop runs compared to standard residential baseboard products. Flared element tubes simplify joining sections, and extendable accessories allow wall-to-wall fitting without field cutting. High-strength support brackets and no-noise expansion cradles are included. The enclosure is manufactured in the USA and is available in lengths from 2 feet through 10 feet.
Compatible with five interchangeable H-Series Slant/Fin heating elements for hot water or steam applications. Available in lengths from 2 feet to 10 feet for flexible installation in residential and light commercial systems.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber or hydronic heating technician. Shut down the boiler and relieve system pressure before connecting or disconnecting any baseboard components. Follow local plumbing and mechanical codes when making piping connections to the heating element. The enclosure arrives fully assembled, so field assembly time is minimal; verify loop flow rates and operating temperature match the element specifications before startup.
