The SIOUX CHIEF 665XA2B300 is a 1/2-inch PEX-A tubing coil in blue, supplied in a 300-foot length. PEX-A is manufactured using the Engel peroxide cross-linking method, which produces the highest cross-link density of any PEX type and allows the tubing to be expanded for press-style fittings. Blue color coding indicates cold-water lines per standard plumbing convention. This coil is used in residential and light commercial potable water distribution systems and is installed by licensed plumbers and pipefitters.
