The SIOUX CHIEF 641WP433 is a PPSU expansion tee fitting designed for F1960 PEX-A tubing systems. PPSU (polyphenylsulfone) is a high-performance thermoplastic well suited to hot and cold potable water distribution. This tee connects a 1-inch run to two 3/4-inch branch lines using the expansion method, where the fitting is inserted after the PEX-A tubing end is expanded with a compatible expansion tool. Licensed plumbers and pipefitters install this fitting in residential and light commercial plumbing rough-in work where PEX-A distribution systems are specified.

This fitting is used in PEX-A water distribution systems in residential and light commercial construction. The F1960 expansion connection style is common in new construction and remodel plumbing where PEX-A tubing is run from a manifold or main line to branch points serving fixtures.
