Simpson Strong-Tie SDWH19600DB-RP1 is a Strong-Drive SDWH Timber-Hex screw designed for structural and general-purpose wood fastening. The 6 in carbon steel fastener has a 0.19 in shank, coarse thread with 2-3/4 in of threaded length, a large 0.65 in hex washer head and a SawTooth point to reduce installation torque and often eliminate pre-drilling. The double-barrier coating provides corrosion resistance equivalent to hot-dip galvanization and the screw is code listed to IAPMO UES ER-192 and meets 2018 and 2021 IRC and IBC requirements.
