The SIMPSON STRONG-TIE ET-HP22-N is a two-component, high-solids, epoxy-based adhesive system formulated for high-strength, non-shrink anchor grouting applications. The resin and hardener are dispensed and mixed simultaneously through a static mixing nozzle, ensuring consistent mix ratios and reliable cure performance with every application. At 2.21 pounds per cartridge, this 22 oz unit is suitable for field use by contractors and trade professionals working with concrete anchoring and structural repair. It is designed for use with a compatible manual dispensing tool that accepts 22 oz cartridges, sold separately.
This epoxy system is suited for residential and commercial construction applications where secure, load-bearing connections into hardened concrete or masonry are required. Typical applications include threaded rod anchoring, rebar doweling, bonding hardened concrete to hardened concrete, pick-proof sealing around doors, windows, and fixtures, and paste-over applications for crack injection work. It is commonly installed by structural contractors, concrete repair specialists, and commercial construction crews following manufacturer and project engineer specifications.
Designed for use with Simpson Strong-Tie manual dispensing tools that accept 22 oz epoxy cartridges. Cartridges snap-lock into the dispenser for secure, trouble-free operation. Dispensing tool is sold separately.
Installation should be performed by qualified contractors or trade professionals familiar with epoxy anchoring systems and applicable building codes. Substrate holes must be properly cleaned and prepared per project specifications before dispensing. Dispense and discard initial material per manufacturer guidelines before beginning anchor placement to ensure proper mix ratio. Follow all applicable safety precautions including ventilation requirements and personal protective equipment when working with epoxy adhesive systems.
