Product Description

The SIKA 515304 is a one-component, self-leveling polyurethane sealant designed to seal horizontal expansion joints in concrete, masonry, and cementitious slabs. It cures fast to a permanently elastic, tough, and flexible consistency that resists cutting, tearing, aging, and weathering. A single 10.1 oz cartridge yields 24 linear feet of coverage at a 1/4 inch bead width. The sealant bonds to most construction materials without a primer and can be applied to green and damp concrete. It is installed by concrete finishers, masonry contractors, and general construction trades on horizontal joint applications.

This sealant is suited for residential and commercial horizontal joint sealing on driveways, garages, sidewalks, balconies, pavements, terraces, warehouses, factories, plazas, and civil structures. The self-leveling formula flows into the joint without tooling, making it practical for flat and nearly flat surfaces. Joint depth must not exceed 1/2 inch; for deeper joints, use a foam backer rod to control depth before application. The gray color blends with standard concrete finishes.
