The SIGNAMAX INC. DA-2-GY is a 2-port Decora-style keystone faceplate designed for structured wiring installations in residential and commercial environments. This faceplate accepts standard keystone-style inserts, allowing technicians to terminate and organize network, audio, video, or other low-voltage connections at the wall. The Decora form factor fits standard single-gang Decora wall plate openings, making it compatible with the most widely used electrical box configurations on the market. Installation is straightforward and does not require special tools beyond a screwdriver.

This faceplate is suited for low-voltage rough-in work in commercial office builds, residential structured wiring closets, and data or AV outlet installations. It accommodates two keystone jack inserts side by side, providing a clean and organized termination point for Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, fiber, HDMI, or other keystone-compatible modules. It is typically installed by low-voltage technicians, electricians, or AV integrators as part of a complete outlet assembly.

Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a qualified low-voltage technician or licensed electrician in accordance with applicable NEC low-voltage wiring guidelines. Keystone inserts are snapped into the faceplate ports before or after mounting to the electrical box using the provided or standard Decora mounting screws. Do not over-tighten mounting screws, as this may crack the faceplate body.
