The SIGMA CORPORATION ZF2-C4 is a 4-inch adapter flange made from ductile iron (ASTM A536, Grade 65-45-12) designed for flanged-to-flanged connections with a 200 psi pressure rating. It conforms to ANSI/AWWA C110/A21.10 and ASME B16.1 dimensional standards and includes an SBR (Buna-S) gasket and heat-treated AISI 4140 set screws. Key dimensions include 9 in OD, 7-1/2 in bolt center diameter, and 1-7/8 in height; temperature rating -10 to 160 deg F.
