The SIEMENS i0816ml1125cu is a main lug load center rated for 125 amps at 120/240 VAC single-phase service. It provides 8 spaces and 16 circuit positions in a compact enclosure sized at 14.5 inches in length, 11.5 inches in width, and 7 inches in height. Designed for use in residential and light commercial electrical distribution, this load center accepts copper conductors from 4 AWG to 2/0 AWG and carries a 100 kA interrupt rating. Installation is performed by licensed electricians as part of a branch-circuit distribution system. The combination mounting type and small circuit main lug configuration make it suited for subpanel applications where a main breaker is not required at the load center itself.
This load center is intended for single-phase, 3-wire electrical distribution in residential or light commercial settings. The main lug configuration means the incoming feed connects directly to the lug terminals rather than through an integral main breaker, making it appropriate as a subpanel fed from a separately protected upstream source. With 16 circuit positions across 8 spaces, it supports a range of branch circuit configurations including tandem breakers where code and design permit.
Designed as an OEM-style main lug small circuit load center for single-phase residential and light commercial subpanel installations requiring 125A bus capacity and 16 circuit positions.
Installation must be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable local codes. De-energize and lock out the upstream power source before making any connections at the load center. Verify that the incoming feeder conductors fall within the 4 AWG to 2/0 AWG copper cable size range before terminating at the lug. As a main lug panel, this unit requires overcurrent protection to be provided at the upstream distribution point.
