The tape measures 1.88 inches wide and 9 mil thick, with a rubber adhesive system that delivers 26 pounds per inch of tensile strength. The roll runs 55 meters (approximately 60 yards) in length. It operates reliably from 35 degrees F up to 200 degrees F, making it suitable for duct systems and mechanical room applications where temperature cycling is a factor. Licensed contractors and sheet metal mechanics are the primary installers.

This tape is used across residential and light commercial HVAC installations for duct sealing, seaming sheet metal and flexible duct, and general mechanical repairs.
