The SHAT-R-SHIELD 46824 is a straight shatter-resistant fluorescent lamp, designated as F32T8 TL850/PLUS/ALTO (PK X 25). It is coated from end to end with a patented plastic coating. If dropped or broken, virtually all glass, phosphors, and mercury are safely contained within the coating. This coating reduces light output by less than 1% and is a minimum of 16 mils thick. It is UL and NSF certified, USDA approved, and meets FDA and OSHA standards. This 32 W T8 linear lamp provides 2850 lumens with a 5000 K color temperature and 82 CRI, suitable for general lighting, food processing, and industrial applications.
