The SharkBite UA80W10 is a 1-inch diameter, 10-foot white PEX-A (cross-linked polyethylene) tubing stick designed for residential and commercial plumbing systems. PEX-A is manufactured using the Engel method, producing a highly flexible, durable pipe that resists corrosion and is rated for both hot and cold water applications. The tubing is approved for use with PEX expansion fittings per ASTM F1960, push-to-connect fittings per ASSE 1061, plastic crimp fittings per ASTM F2159, and brass crimp fittings per ASTM F1807. Licensed plumbers and pipefitters install this tubing in water distribution, radiant heating, and general plumbing rough-in work.

This tubing is suited for residential water supply lines and light commercial plumbing installations where flexibility and reduced fitting counts are priorities. The 10-foot stick length works well in open framing or mechanical room runs. Installation Notes
