This stick is printed with the SharkBite imprint pattern along its length, a visual insertion indicator that allows installers to confirm the tube has been fully seated inside a SharkBite push-fit fitting without cutting an inspection window or using a separate depth gauge. It is installed by licensed plumbers and journeyman pipe fitters in both new construction and retrofit applications.
