The tubing is printed with the SharkBite imprint pattern, a visual depth-insertion guide that confirms the tube is fully seated inside a SharkBite push-fit fitting before the connection is finalized. Rated for potable water applications, this flexible PEX tubing is well suited for residential and light commercial plumbing rough-in and repair work. Licensed plumbers and pipefitters are the primary installers.

This tubing is designed for use in hot and cold potable water supply lines where a push-fit or crimp-style connection is required.
