The SHARKBITE U060LFA is a lead-free reducing coupling designed for fast, tool-free connections in residential and commercial plumbing systems. It transitions a 1-inch line down to a 3/4-inch line using SharkBite push-fit technology, eliminating the need for soldering, crimping, or clamps. Constructed of DZR brass, the fitting resists dezincification in aggressive water conditions. It is rated to 200 psi and 200 degrees F, making it suitable for both cold and hot water distribution. An integral tube liner is included to support PEX connections. Licensed plumbers and pipefitters install this fitting for water supply, hydronic, and underground applications.

This fitting is compatible with copper tubing (CTS), CPVC, and PEX pipe. The push-fit design allows for quick repairs or new installations without specialized tools. It is certified for potable water and hydronic water distribution systems and is approved for underground use as a manufactured joint, with no access panel required. Installation Notes
