The Sharkbite PSEISV20EP 1/2 Inch CTS ProLock Push-fit Shut Off Valve allows easy connection of copper, PEX, or CPVC pipes. This valve requires no special tools for installation. Its design includes a collet with stainless steel teeth that holds the pipe securely when inserted. Additionally, it features an EPDM O-Ring which ensures a reliable seal to prevent leaks. A twist-to-lock mechanism provides added security, accompanied by an audible click when connected. This valve is approved for both hot and cold potable water as well as hydronic heating applications.
