The SHARKBITE/CASH ACME K408A is a push-to-connect tee fitting in the Evopex line, sized 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch x 3/4 inch. It joins PEX-compatible pipe in potable water supply systems without soldering, glue, or specialty tools. The fitting is rated to 160 psi maximum working pressure and 200 degrees F, making it suitable for both hot and cold residential water distribution. Lead-free construction meets drinking water standards. Plumbers and qualified installers use this fitting to make fast, reliable branch connections in tight spaces or during retrofit work where torch work is not practical.

The K408A is designed for residential water supply applications.
