The SHARKBITE/CASH ACME 60001B is a straight-pattern brass gas ball valve designed for safe use with liquified petroleum gas (LP gas) and air mixtures at pressures up to 175 psi. The valve features an all-brass body for a strong, durable connection and a straightforward in-line configuration that connects two pipes running in the same direction. The 3/8 inch flare inlet and 1/2 inch female iron pipe (FIP) outlet make it a direct-fit solution for residential and light commercial gas piping applications. Licensed plumbers and gas fitters are the primary installers of this valve.
