The SHARKBITE/CASH ACME 30YE55V05436B is a coated stainless steel flexible gas connector rated for residential and light commercial gas appliance connections. The connector measures 5/8 inch OD by 36 inches in length and features 3/4 inch FIP inlet and 1/2 inch FIP outlet fittings, with the outlet end tapped for 3/8 inch FIP as well. An integrated ArmorBoost excess flow valve is built into the assembly, providing automatic shutoff protection if gas flow exceeds safe operating limits. Plumbers and gas fitters install this connector when making final connections between rigid gas supply lines and appliances such as ranges, dryers, and water heaters.
