The SHARKBITE/CASH ACME 24633LF is a 45-degree, no-kink multi hose bibb designed for residential and light commercial plumbing installations. It combines either a 1/2-inch or 3/4-inch push-to-connect inlet with a 3/4-inch male hose thread (MHT) outlet, angled at 45 degrees to redirect hose connections away from the wall and prevent kinking at the connection point. The body is forged for structural durability and includes an integrated mounting flange for securing the valve to a wall or framing surface. Quarter-turn and multi-turn operation both give the installer flexibility in regulating water flow. This valve is installed by licensed plumbers and experienced service technicians.
The 24633LF is suited for exterior hose bib applications in residential construction and renovation. The push-to-connect inlet accepts copper, PEX, CPVC, or PE-RT pipe, making it compatible with the most common domestic water supply pipe materials. The 45-degree outlet angle is particularly useful in tight wall installations where a straight hose connection would kink or strain the hose. The integrated mounting flange simplifies securing the valve to studs or blocking during rough-in or retrofit work. It ships in a package quantity of six units.
Inlet is compatible with copper, PEX, CPVC, and PE-RT pipe in either 1/2-inch or 3/4-inch sizes via push-to-connect fitting. Outlet connects to standard 3/4-inch male hose thread fittings.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and depressurize the line before beginning work. Push-to-connect inlets require that pipe ends be cut square, deburred, and fully inserted to the depth mark before pressurizing. Secure the mounting flange to solid framing or blocking to prevent stress on the fitting body during hose attachment and removal.
