The SHARKBITE/CASH ACME 23336-0000LF is a lead free compression angle stop fitting designed for potable and hydronic water distribution systems. It connects 1/2 inch push fit inlet to a 1/4 inch compression outlet and is constructed of DZR brass for corrosion resistance. The fitting is rated to 200 psi and 200 degrees F, making it suitable for a wide range of residential and light commercial plumbing applications. The SharkBite push fit end is compatible with copper tubing, CPVC, and PEX with an integral tube liner included. Licensed plumbers and journeyman plumbers typically install this fitting during fixture rough-in or valve replacement work.

This angle stop is used at the supply shutoff point for sinks, toilets, and similar fixtures in residential and commercial plumbing systems. The push fit inlet eliminates the need for soldering on the supply side, while the compression outlet connects to standard braided or rigid supply lines. Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with IPC and UPC requirements and applicable local codes. Shut off the main water supply and relieve system pressure before removing the existing stop valve. The push fit end requires the pipe to be cut cleanly and squarely and deburred before insertion to ensure a proper seal. Do not exceed the rated pressure or temperature limits for the fitting.
