The SHARKBITE/CASH ACME 10YE50V036B is a thermal excess flow gas connector designed for use in residential and light commercial gas supply applications. It features a 1/2 inch MIP inlet with a tapped 3/8 inch FIP x 1/2 inch MIP end configuration and measures 36 inches in length. The flexible tubing has a 1/4 inch inner diameter and 3/8 inch outer diameter, constructed from epoxy coated stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The integrated thermal excess flow valve automatically restricts gas flow when abnormal heat conditions are detected, adding a critical layer of safety to gas appliance connections. Installation Notes
